NavBiz Mechanisation
NavBiz Mechanisation module consists of a set of enhancements and reports to facilitate and improve work within the Mechanisation module.
The set of customizations that are included in this package:
· Master data of vehicles, machines, and equipment
o On the vehicle, machine, or equipment card, its master data is entered, such as:
- Serial number
- Vehicle registration
- Vehicle registration expiration date
- Year of manufacture
- Category
- Fire extinguisher service date
- Next tachograph service date
· Additionally, for each vehicle, machine, and equipment, it is possible to track the following records:
- Service items
- Registration items
- Fire extinguisher items
- Tachograph items
- Assignment items
- Battery items
- Tire items
· Master data of drivers and machine operators
o It is possible to create master data for the driver and machine operator and record the absence period on their card.
· Travel Vehicle Worksheet Card
o Enables tracking and recording of the vehicle travel work log.
o Master data that can be entered:
- Project code
- Freight list number
- Vehicle movement
- Odometer reading
- Arrival time
- Departure time

Machine work sheet
o Enables tracking and recording of machine operation
o Master data that can be entered:
- Project code
- Initial state
- Final state
- Effective machine hours
- Operator hours
